1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to IAP NRC Webinar ("IAP NRC," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our App, including any content, functionality, and services offered through the App.
By creating an account or using any part of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

- Be a healthcare professional, medical student, or individual with a legitimate interest in pediatric healthcare education
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of our App, you must register for an account by providing:
- Your full name (first and last name)
- Valid email address
- Secure password
- Country of residence
- Professional experience and designation (optional)
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date
⚠️ Warning: You must not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
4. Services Description
IAP NRC provides the following services:

- Interactive Features: Polls, surveys, Q&A sessions, and discussion forums
- Bookmarks & History: Ability to save and track your viewing progress
- Calendar: Schedule and reminders for upcoming webinars
- Notifications: Updates about new content and events
- Support: Customer support and help resources
5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use our services for:
- Personal, non-commercial educational purposes
- Professional development in healthcare
- Accessing and viewing webinars and educational content
- Participating in surveys, polls, and interactive features
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Redistribute Content: Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent
- Record or Download: Record, download, or capture webinar content using screen recording software or any other means unless explicitly permitted
- Share Access: Share your login credentials or allow unauthorized persons to access your account
- Commercial Use: Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization
- Interfere with Services: Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from our servers
- Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any portion of our App
- Impersonate: Impersonate another person or entity or falsely represent your professional credentials
- Harass: Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Spam: Send unsolicited communications or advertisements
- Violate Laws: Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
🚫 Violation Consequences: Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without notice, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action for any damages caused.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Our Content
All content available through our App, including but not limited to:
- Webinar recordings and presentations
- Text, graphics, logos, and images
- Audio and video content
- Software and code
- User interface design
is owned by IAP NRC, its licensors, or content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our App and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms.
6.3 Trademarks
The IAP NRC name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of IAP NRC or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
7. User-Generated Content
If you submit any content through our App (such as questions during webinars, survey responses, or support tickets):
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with our services
- You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license
- You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights
8. Third-Party Content and Services
Our App may include content from third parties, including:
- YouTube videos and embedded content
- External links to websites
- Content from webinar speakers and presenters
We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.
9. Medical Disclaimer

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Implied warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose

We do not warrant that the App will be available at all times or that any errors will be corrected.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- IAP NRC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
- We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Loss of data or content
- Third-party content or services
- Technical failures or interruptions
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IAP NRC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit through the App
13. Account Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Using the "Request Account Deletion" feature in the App
- Contacting our support team
13.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
- Request from law enforcement or government agency
- Discontinuation of the App or services
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to access and use the App will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and all associated data
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms in the App
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Sending you a notification (for significant changes)
Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved as follows:
- Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us
- Mediation: If informal resolution fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing arbitration or litigation
- Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
16. General Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IAP NRC regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
16.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
